Hey Heath Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN 56 700 474 684, ACN 700 474 684) is a permanent recruitment agency. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Hey Heath Recruitment. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We do not ask for sensitive information such as health, religion or political views. If you choose to tell us something sensitive, we use it only with your consent and only where it is relevant to a role.
Mostly from you: when you apply for a role, send us your CV, talk to us or brief us on a role. We also collect information from job boards you apply through, referees you nominate, and professional information you have published, such as on your employer's website.
We use software, including AI tools, to help organise applications and compare them with the requirements of a role. A person reviews this work before we decide whether to put a candidate forward, and the employer makes every hiring decision. You can ask us how your application was assessed, and ask for a person to review it, by emailing james@heyheathrecruitment.com.au.
We never sell personal information.
We keep candidate records for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Records are stored in access-controlled systems, and only people who need them can see them.
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing james@heyheathrecruitment.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
